Google chrome stopped opening in my parents computer, giving the error below.
My Solution:
1) Backup “Default” folder in the following directory
C:/Users/Your_Username/AppData/Local/GoogleChrome/User/Data/Default
2) Uninstall Chrome through the windows uninstaller menu.
3) Reinstall Chrome
4) Delete default folder in new installation
5) Move old default folder into same location and and re-launch chrome
